By accessing or using Questionless you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Questionless is an online study tool designed to help you prepare for UK exams including the Life in the UK Test, UK Driving Theory Test, and other assessments. It provides practice questions, mock exams, and spaced-repetition review. Questionless is not affiliated with the Home Office, DVSA, or any official testing body.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.

• Free users have limited access to practice questions.
• Pro plans (monthly, annual, or lifetime) unlock all features.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service extensively. To request a refund, email [email protected].

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute question content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Interfere with the operation of the platform

Questionless is a study aid, not a guarantee of passing any exam. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all questions reflect the latest official content. Always refer to the relevant official study materials as your primary source.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Questionless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
